Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees
Undergraduate admission requirements
The basic requirement for admission to a Strayer undergraduate certificate, degree or diploma program is a high school diploma from an approved high school or its equivalent. Applicants must submit the following items:
- A completed application form and enrollment agreement, as applicable;
- Documentation of high school graduation from an approved high school or its equivalent; and
- A valid, current, legible government-issued photo identification.
Note: Students applying to D.C. or New Jersey campuses will need to provide proof of proper immunization.
Master’s Degrees
Graduate admission requirements
- A completed application form and enrollment agreement, as applicable;
- Please provide proof of completion of a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 out of 4.0; official copies of transcripts from all other colleges or universities attended;
- A valid, current, legible government-issued photo identification.
Note: Students applying to D.C. or New Jersey campuses will need to provide proof of proper immunization.
All Degrees, Transfer students
Admission requirements
In addition to the required documents listed above for either graduate or undergraduate admission;
- Please provide sealed transcripts from your former school.

All Degrees, Military or Veteran
Admission Requirements and credit transfers
In addition to the required documents listed above for graduate or undergraduate admission, please provide a copy of:
- Your official transcript from your military branch;
- A JST Form (Request Official Joint Services Transcript);
- A DD Form 295 (active servicemembers) certified by an authorized officer and the designee, or a DD Form 214 (non-active servicemembers);
- And an SOC agreement (if applicable.)
